ricBod is a personal iOS strength-and-conditioning app. It is not sold, not published to the App Store, and has exactly one user — its developer.
Personal use only
ricBod plans and records lifting sessions and cardio work. It tracks per-muscle training volume, estimates recovery, prescribes the next session's loads, and keeps a history of personal records. Everything lives on the device.
Recovery is currently inferred from training load alone. Oura supplies the missing half: sleep quality, readiness, HRV, and resting heart rate. Those readings feed the same recovery model that decides whether to push or back off on a given day.
Data flows one direction only — ricBod reads from Oura. It never writes to your Oura account and never posts anything on your behalf.
